Drummohr was voted Scottish Campsite of the Year for 2024 by guests of PitchUp.com, the outdoor accommodation booking platform. The award was based on over 171,000 verified guest reviews from 2023. Sites were evaluated on aspects such as location, value for money, quality of accommodation, activities and cleanliness, with the highest rated sites in each regional category named as winners. Our 5 star campsite scored full marks from reviewers on the Pitchup site, with visitors praising its strategic location just eight miles from Edinburgh city centre and stunning views of the Firth of Forth. Some of the other items identified were friendly staff, clean facilities, great location, perfect for dogs, high standards, good for families and good for golfers.
Drummohr’s position as one of the best holiday parks in Scotland was further confirmed when we were voted 2024 campsite of the year by readers of Camping magazine. The Campsite Of The Year award was decided by a public vote by readers of the magazine, campers on their email database, visitors to the website Out And About Live and social media followers.
