Our Edinburgh glamping pods for one, our single Octo Pods,  are perfect for backpackers, walkers, cyclists and solo travellers looking for an alternative to camping Edinburgh. These glamping pods on our campsite in Edinburgh are a comfortable alternative to traditional camping, particularly for those walking or cycling the long-distance path, the John Muir Way, which passes close to the Drummohr campsite or those who seek the independence and adventure of solo backpacking in Scotland.

• No dogs allowed. Dog allowed in our family bothies

Please note there is no toilet or running water in an Octo Pod, but the amenity block is located close by. 

Available for Christmas glamping.

Your own sleeping bags, towels and general camping equipment are required. A croc box is available for hire for £10 a stay if you are travelling light. Single bedding can be hired for £15 a stay.
